SARTOV

One of the flagships in our portfolio is the SARTOV program: School Staff Response to Terrorism and Violence. This is a comprehensive program for the prevention and management of school shooting/PLIVO (ongoing life-threatening violence) incidents.

The program has been developed over several years, with input from work in the US, Germany and Israel. We initially worked with school shootings and educational environments as our starting point, but we see that the program has great value for other industries and segments as well. The program has also been further developed/adapted to security guards, shopping malls, healthcare institutions and commercial buildings.

We have divided parts of the program into sikresiden.no – the university and college sector's large joint initiative for safety information for students and employees.

The program includes lectures, courses, practical exercises and workshops and can be tailored to the individual business. Preferably also held in the relevant business to tailor the operational competence to function optimally where YOU are.

The program is supported by analysis tools, preventive measures, plans and exercises.
